Coincidence? I don't think so!

In church this morning, Natalia, one of the missionary's daughters gave a testimony before being baptized. She is twenty years old and serves at the orphanage in Turvo with her parents. She spoke in Portuguese so we didn't understand all of it but heard her mention our names. After the service, we found out that when we were here in 2004, Mike preached and gave an altar call and she accepted the Lord. I prayed prophetically over her that evening that she would make a huge difference in the lives of the children at Turvo (at that time, the orphanage hadn't been built yet!) She shared this morning that at the time, she couldn't believe that she would be serving at Turvo, but when she started the Lord reminded her of this promise. We were so blessed after the baptism, when she asked us to come up and pray over her with her parents! It was so awesome! What a wonderful blessing that we were here for her special day! :)

It's so wonderful that you two were able to be used to bring Natalie to Christ, and be present at her baptism some years later! How truly awesome. The farm seems so homey- I pray that it is for you. Although, I cannot stop thinking of the sad little breakfast hogs. I know I'm a 'silly American'. At any rate, this silly American loves and misses you both tremendously! ~Jenn >:)<
