School started on Monday for 25 of our kids who attend the public school and today, the remaining 10 school-agers, started at Imperatriz, a private German school. Although some of our older ones were a little nervous about changing schools and leaving their friends, they trusted us when we told them that this was a great opportunity for their future. I had the privilege of taking Everton, Diogo, and Gisieli this morning for their first day. They were so excited to meet their teacher who greeted them by name with a big hug. Each jumped right in and started playing with their new classmates. We praise God for the 10 full scholarships that made this possible and ask for prayer for a great year for all.
Our ministry strives to share the love of Jesus with abused, neglected, and abandoned children in southern Brazil.
