Mike and I bought this mask and snorkel for Luquinho in Curitiba...fortunately, he had a chance to use it before his eye surgery this week! Many of you have already heard about his accident--he was building a treehouse with some other boys and one of them snuck a kitchen knife out of the house and took it up the tree. Unfortunately, the knife was dropped...and Luquinho ended up with 10 stitches inside his eye! The doctor said that his sight should not be affected, as long as he does not contract an infection. Please continue to pray for Luquinho to be cooperative with the necessary treatment and precautions.
